Andrew Ware goes the distance for Cord in Ride London

I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in Ride London for Cord. Even though it was an endurance ride, it was a great feeling of achievement completing the course in a little under 7 hours, all the more so knowing that every mile cycled was raising money to support the vulnerable women and men reached by Cord’s work. Remarkably, despite signing up quite late in the day and only having 5 weeks of training I survived this amazing but challenging experience and was able to walk pretty normally the next day!
