What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days – usually much sooner.
  • We aim to give you a full response within 20 working days.
  • If the issue is more complex and takes longer to investigate, we will keep you updated.

If you are not happy with our response, you can ask for it to be reviewed by Cord’s Senior Leadership Team.
