Cord recognises that the power of digital can be utilised for both good and for bad purposes and that this provides both opportunities and threats that need to be considered. Cord’s believes that any approach to digital should have Cord’s values and culture at the core and be shaped by these.
In light of this, Cord is seeking to strengthen its organisational approach to digital transformation to ensure that its systems, culture, and ways of working are aligned with its Build Peace Strategy and mission. To support this process, Cord is seeking to engage an external consultant to facilitate the development of a clear Digital Vision, which outlines its use of digital, approach to responsible adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and creates organisation-wide alignment around priorities, direction, and implementation pathways.
