Call for suppliers and services

Cord Lao PDR is pleased to invite companies, hotels, guesthouses and suppliers that are conducting business in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Government of Lao PDR that are qualified and capable of providing one or more of the following products and services to our organization located in Vientiane Capital, Bokeo Province (Houayxai district, Phaoudom and Paktha), Luang Prabang Province, Vientiane Province, Savannakhet Province (Kaisone district and Xonnabouly district), and Champasak Province (Pakse district and Kong district). Please respond to this advertisement so that your company or shop can be considered or listed as a selected supplier and service in our organisation’s supplier list as detailed below:

· Accommodation Services (Hotels and Guest Houses).

· Car Maintenance Services.

· Car Rental Services

· Meeting room and Event Service Provider

Suppliers providing the above services and services may be invited to participate in additional procurement for the related items. Therefore, all interested suppliers must respond to us to register the required information before 04/03/2026.

Terms and conditions

  1. Interested suppliers must complete the Expression of Interest (EOI) form, fill in the information correctly and completely, along with the application form, the supplier must provide a copy of the business registration certificate, tax registration certificate and tax declaration certificate for the year 2025/2026 if available, company information and other relevant documents must be stamped and sent to the address or email specified below.
  2. The package must specify the type of interest from the above-mentioned items.
  3. Supplier registration forms can be obtained from the office address listed below or can be downloaded using the links above.

Cord Lao PDR reserves the right to accept or reject any application in whole or in part and to change the terms and conditions of this EOI as it deems appropriate without assigning any reason.
